  • 1 ½ lbs cod loin fillet, dried with paper towels

  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 small lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the cod fillets by blotting them with paper towels and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Create the sauce by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  4. Combine the sauce with the cod in a baking dish, adding butter cubes and lemon slices on top.
