Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the cod fillets by blotting them with paper towels and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Create the sauce by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Combine the sauce with the cod in a baking dish, adding butter cubes and lemon slices on top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
