- 1 tablespoon blackberry jam
- 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
- ½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions
- Begin your culinary feat by combining the blackberry jam, whole-grain mustard, and finely chopped rosemary in a small bowl.
- Take one slice of whole-grain bread and spread an even layer of the jam mixture on one side. Layer the slices of Brie cheese over the spread.
- Lightly spray the outside of both bread slices with cooking spray and preheat your skillet over medium-low heat. Place your sandwich in the skillet, cover, and cook for about 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes, flip the sandwich and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
