Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole-grain sandwich bread
  • 3 slices Brie cheese (about 2 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon blackberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Begin your culinary feat by combining the blackberry jam, whole-grain mustard, and finely chopped rosemary in a small bowl.
  2. Take one slice of whole-grain bread and spread an even layer of the jam mixture on one side. Layer the slices of Brie cheese over the spread.
  3. Lightly spray the outside of both bread slices with cooking spray and preheat your skillet over medium-low heat. Place your sandwich in the skillet, cover, and cook for about 3 minutes.
  4. After 3 minutes, flip the sandwich and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
