Description

Flavorful and tender chicken bites served with a spicy dipping sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • For the Cajun Creamy Dipping Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. To start, create a delightful marinade that will infuse your chicken bites with incredible flavor. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes (if you want an extra kick), salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the bowl of marinade. Toss them gently to ensure that every piece is well-coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer. Cook the chicken bites for about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they’re beautifully browned and fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the dipping sauce by combining mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  5. Once the chicken bites are cooked, let them rest for a couple of minutes. Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top. Serve hot with the Cajun dipping sauce.
