This indulgent bread combines melted brie, sweet cranberries, and fresh rosemary in a crusty sourdough.

- 1 round sourdough loaf (8–10 inches wide)
- 6 oz brie, cut into small cubes
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a serrated knife, cut a crosshatch pattern in the sourdough loaf without cutting all the way through.
- Stuff the loaf with brie, cranberries, and rosemary.
- Drizzle melted butter and honey over the stuffed loaf.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh rosemary for best flavor; do not cut the loaf completely.
