Description

This indulgent bread combines melted brie, sweet cranberries, and fresh rosemary in a crusty sourdough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 round sourdough loaf (810 inches wide)
  • 6 oz brie, cut into small cubes
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using a serrated knife, cut a crosshatch pattern in the sourdough loaf without cutting all the way through.
  3. Stuff the loaf with brie, cranberries, and rosemary.
  4. Drizzle melted butter and honey over the stuffed loaf.
  5. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden.
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh rosemary for best flavor; do not cut the loaf completely.
