- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional for serving: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Start by cutting your boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes. This uniform size ensures that they cook evenly in the air fryer.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss them together until every cube is generously coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Once your air fryer is preheated, arrange the marinated chicken in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook the chicken for about 10–12 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- After cooking, let the chicken rest for 1–2 minutes to lock in the juices.
Notes
For extra crispy chicken, spray a little more oil on the bites right before cooking.
