- 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by patting the cod fillets dry using paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
- Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in another bowl.
- Brush one side of each cod fillet with mayonnaise and press into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Arrange fillets and air fry for 10-12 minutes.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve immediately.
Notes
