Description

Crispy Buttered Ranch Chicken is all about flavor and texture with a crunchy cornflake coating.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Cooking spray or extra butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your baking dish by greasing it.
  2. Combine the crushed cornflakes (or breadcrumbs), grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and ranch seasoning mix in a bowl.
  3. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter and coat with the crumb mixture, then place in the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest before serving.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is fully cooked. Can prep ahead and refrigerate before baking.
