- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Cooking spray or extra butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your baking dish by greasing it.
- Combine the crushed cornflakes (or breadcrumbs), grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and ranch seasoning mix in a bowl.
- Dip chicken breasts in melted butter and coat with the crumb mixture, then place in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest before serving.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is fully cooked. Can prep ahead and refrigerate before baking.
