- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

- Begin by preparing the star of the dish—the Honeycrisp apples. Using a sharp knife, carefully dice the apples into bite-sized pieces. To prevent them from browning and maintain their vibrant color, toss the diced apples with lemon juice as soon as they are cut.
- Next, take the celery stalks and thinly slice them. The crunchy texture of the celery complements the sweetness of the apples perfectly. Then, halve the red seedless grapes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, sliced celery, and halved grapes. Add the chopped pecans and dried cranberries to the bowl.
- For the dressing, mix the plain Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until well blended. Adjust the consistency with a splash of lemon juice if desired.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture, season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper, and gently toss to coat. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
