- ½ cup finely chopped walnuts (for coating)

Instructions
- Combine softened cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Fold in cranberries, walnuts, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into balls.
- Coat the balls with finely chopped walnuts.
- Arrange on a platter and garnish with parsley.
