Ideal for parties, casual get-togethers, or family gatherings, this dip brings all the flavors of classic bruschetta into a gooey, cheesy delight.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup tomato bruschetta
- 2 grated garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1–2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2–3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- Grilled crostini or pita, for serving
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). This important step ensures that your dip will bake evenly and achieve that amazing bubbling texture.
- In a mixing bowl, add the softened goat cheese, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and Greek yogurt. Using a spatula, mix these ingredients together until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Next, add the grated garlic cloves and tomato bruschetta to your cheese mixture. Gently fold in these ingredients, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the dip.
- Spread the dip mixture into a prepared baking dish. Drizzle a tablespoon or two of balsamic glaze over the top to enhance the flavors as it bakes. Place the dish in the preheated oven and allow it to bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbling.
- Just before serving, generously sprinkle the chopped fresh basil over the top of the dip.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Just remember to add the balsamic glaze when you’re ready to bake.
