  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni or diced ham
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Optional toppings: grated parmesan, red pepper flakes, fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay your tortillas flat and spread pizza sauce evenly across each, leaving a little edge.
  3. Layer mozzarella cheese, followed by your choice of protein, chopped bell peppers, and dried oregano.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  5. Place cut-side up on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
