Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay your tortillas flat and spread pizza sauce evenly across each, leaving a little edge.
- Layer mozzarella cheese, followed by your choice of protein, chopped bell peppers, and dried oregano.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place cut-side up on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
