- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- For the Bowls:
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined.
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the ground chicken until browned.
- Add shredded cabbage and julienned carrots to the skillet, cooking until slightly softened.
- Combine the chicken, vegetables, and sauce with the cooked noodles, tossing to coat.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
