Description

Warm Baked Brie with Figs and Pecans is the definition of cozy elegance, a dish that elevates any gathering or quiet night at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) wheel triple cream brie
  • 1 tablespoon fig jam
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¾ cup chopped fresh figs
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Pinch of kosher sea salt
  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Take the wheel of triple cream brie and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Evenly spread the fig jam over the top of the brie, making sure to cover it well.
  4. Place the prepared baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
  5. Upon removing the baked brie from the oven, give it a moment to cool slightly. Then, finish off the dish by adding the chopped pecans on top.

Notes

Let the brie sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking to enhance the melting quality.
