Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet phyllo dough, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced with rind removed
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Once your oven is preheated, lay your phyllo dough sheet on the prepared baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, generously brush the surface of the phyllo with melted butter.
  3. Next, it’s time to add the brie. Carefully place the slices of brie cheese in the center of the phyllo dough.
  4. Now, take your cranberry sauce and spoon it over the brie.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped pecans and fresh thyme leaves over the cranberry-topped brie.
  6. After folding, brush the top of the phyllo layers with a bit more melted butter.
  7. Place your prepared dish into the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden and crispy.
