Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Take a greased baking dish and place the cleaned scallops in a single layer.
- In another small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place the baking dish in your preheated oven and bake for 15–18 minutes.
