Description
A quick and flavorful dinner inspired by hibachi-style cooking.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cut into strips
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked fried rice
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add steak and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp and vegetables, cooking until shrimp is opaque and vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over fried rice.
