Description

A quick and flavorful dinner inspired by hibachi-style cooking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak, cut into strips
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked fried rice
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add steak and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and vegetables, cooking until shrimp is opaque and vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve over fried rice.
