- 1 ½ tablespoons capers, rinsed and chopped
- 6 tablespoons butter (or use olive oil)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Start by slicing the chicken breasts in half to create thinner pieces. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Lightly coat with almond flour (or whole wheat flour).
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil, and sear the chicken until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and make the sauce with garlic, lemon juice, chicken stock, and capers.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, simmer briefly to absorb the flavors, then serve.
