This No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie is a refreshing dessert that combines the zesty flavor of orange with a creamy filling, perfect for hot summer days!

- 1 (3 oz) box of orange-flavored gelatin (Jell-O or any other brand works fine)
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- 1 Cup vanilla yogurt (Greek yogurt is also a good option!)
- 3 cups of whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade, split)
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup fresh orange zest (for garnish)
- One small orange, thinly cut (for decoration)
- Additional: Extra whipped cream to add flavor
Instructions
- Begin by placing the orange-flavored gelatin in a heat-resistant mixing bowl. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the gelatin and stir continuously until it’s completely dissolved.
- Once your gelatin has fully dissolved, add 1/2 cup of cold water and stir lightly. Allow this mixture to cool down a bit at room temperature.
- Add in 1 cup of vanilla yogurt and mix until thoroughly combined and smooth.
- Gently fold in 2 cups of whipped topping into your yogurt and gelatin mixture.
- Pour it into the pre-made graham cracker crust and smooth out the top.
- Cover your pie and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
- Before serving, spread the remaining whipped topping over the chilled pie. Garnish with fresh orange zest and thinly sliced orange pieces.
- Slice into eight portions, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
For a more health-conscious version, substitute whipped topping with lighter whipped coconut cream.
