- 1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your bundt pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper, mixing well. Fold in mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, and artichokes.
- Roll out the pizza dough to ¼ inch thick and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Fill each square with the spinach-artichoke mixture and pinch to seal. Place into the greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate to serve.
