Description

Deliciously cheesy and perfect for sharing, this festive pull-apart bread combines spinach and artichokes for a delightful treat that will wow your guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper, mixing well. Fold in mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, and artichokes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough to ¼ inch thick and cut into 2-inch squares.
  4. Fill each square with the spinach-artichoke mixture and pinch to seal. Place into the greased bundt pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate to serve.
