  3. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the beef broth to scrape up the browned bits; simmer and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan.
  5. Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss them in the sauce, and garnish with parsley.
